Deposit of £60, not returnable, is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks in advance of arrival.

Where bookings are made less than two calendar months in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking and no refund will be made if a subsequent cancellation occurs.

When payment is made by credit/debit card or Paypal, a handling charge of £5 will be added to the account for each such payment.

CANCELLATION – should a booking be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is more than six weeks in advance of the arrival date. If the cancellation is less than six weeks in advance of the arrival date, 100% of the balance will be charged. If no notice of cancellation is given, Border Holiday Homes will pursue clients for loss of income and costs of recovery. Clients are advised to take out insurance to protect against this risk.
